Information we collect

To provide live maps, street view and navigation, MAPAS may collect the following:

• Location data — precise or approximate location from your device, used to show your position, nearby places and relevant views.
• Usage data — IP address, features used and routes planned, to operate and improve the app.
• Device information — device model, operating system version and unique identifiers.

How we use your information

• Provide, operate and maintain the application.
• Improve, personalize and expand features and content.
• Understand usage trends and prevent fraud or abuse.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except as described in this policy — for example, with service providers (such as analytics or map data vendors) who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.

Your choices & rights

• Location control — you can opt out of location collection anytime in your device settings (Settings → Privacy → Location).
• Access & deletion — you may review or change your information and request account termination.
• Children — MAPAS is rated 4+ and is not directed at collecting data from children.

Third-party services

MAPAS relies on a small number of trusted providers to function. These may include:

• Apple — App Store distribution, in-app purchases and subscription billing (we never see your full payment details).
• Map & imagery providers — to deliver satellite tiles, street view and live camera feeds.
• Analytics & crash reporting — aggregated, non-identifying data to fix bugs and improve features.

Data security & retention

Security: we use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.

Retention: we keep information only as long as needed to provide the service and for legitimate legal or operational purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

Your legal rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you.
• Object to or restrict certain processing, and request data portability.
• Opt out of "sale" of data — note that MAPAS does not sell your personal information. To exercise any right, email info@mapasview.app.

Terms of Use

By downloading or using MAPAS you agree to use the app lawfully and not to misuse, reverse-engineer or disrupt the service. Map imagery, live cameras and data are provided "as is" for informational and entertainment purposes and should not be solely relied upon for emergency or precise navigation.

Subscriptions

MAPAS Premium is offered as a monthly auto-renewing subscription ($4.99/month) or a one-time Lifetime purchase ($34.99). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends, and can be managed or cancelled in your Apple ID account settings.
